IT Support Specialist in Progress. Data Analyst in Motion.

I’m a data-focused and tech-support-minded professional based in Irving, Texas, currently working as a Library Assistant with the City of Irving. My day-to-day work involves helping people solve practical technology problems, guiding users through digital systems, and keeping public-facing tools usable in real time.

Alongside that, I build projects in SQL, Power BI, and Python to sharpen my data analysis workflow. I enjoy turning raw, messy datasets into clear findings, dashboards, and case studies that actually say something useful.

My current focus is moving into roles in IT Help Desk / IT Support and Data Analysis, while steadily building toward a longer-term path in IT Audit and systems control.
